When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed (business days). If an order is placed before 12:00 p.m EST, it will typically be shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during the checkout process. You will receive another email once your order has shipped. The shipment email will contain the USP tracking code that you can track your package.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere with a U.S. postal address and Canada. We do not ship outside of U.S. and Canada for any reason; we apologize for any inconvenience. Please review our Terms of Use and Consent Policy.
How old do I have to be to order from your site?

What are my shipping options?
We ship via UPS and USPS. You may choose from:
- USPS Priority Mail: $5.95 (Military bases and P.O. Boxes must select this option)
- UPS Standard Ground: $7.95 (5-10 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air: $34.95
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $24.95
- UPS International: $16.00 (Canadian customers)
- USPS Priority Mail orders ship FREE with all orders over $100.00.
Shipping For Military and Canadian Customers: Deliveries to Military addresses and PO Boxes are shipped with USPS Priority only. Canadian customers please select UPS International. Customs may charge additional fees or tariffs to the recipient.
How much are shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders placed within the U.S. that uses standard USPS Priority Mail. If your order is over $100.00 dollars, your order automatically ships for FREE!
Please note: there is an additional handling fee of $3.50 on irregular shaped boxes such as the Peek-a-Boo Pole. We will notify you via email if your shipping cost needs adjustment to compensate for irregular shipments.
Is a signature required for delivery?
No, we do not require a signature for delivery. However, there may be exceptions to the rule when ordering a higher priced item. You will be notified via email if your order will require a signature; this is a rare occurrence.
Are your shipping boxes discreet?
Always! We ship all products in plain brown boxes. No one will know the glorious treats that await you inside of that box.
Return and Refund Policy
Shop Petting Petunia in confidence! If you change your mind about any ordered product, simply return it to us unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a store credit or refund for the price of the product (minus shipping costs). It's that simple.
If your product exhibits a manufacturer's defect within 60 days, return it to us to receive a replacement at no additional charge. Defective products will be replaced with the same item only (or, at our sole discretion, with an item of equal or greater value).
All products returned for store credit or a refund must be unopened with unbroken seals. Originally unsealed merchandise must exhibit no wear or damage of any kind. Books must be in original condition with unbroken spines & undamaged covers.
Lingerie, costumes and clothing must be unworn with the original tags still attached. Please check the fabric quality of all garments before the first wear. No returns of defective clothing will be accepted if the garment is judged (at our sole discretion) to have been worn. To insure your health & safety we cannot accept returns of undergarments such as G-strings & thongs for any reason.
Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please send an email to customerservice@pettingpetunia.com. Include your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Briefly explain what item you would like to return and why you wish to return it. For defective returns, be specific about the problem you encountered.
We will reply to your email with a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") & further shipping instructions. All returns must clearly display a valid RMA issued by Petting Petunia & must be received at an authorized address within 15 days of our issuing an RMA.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you ship your return insured, using a trackable shipping method. Petting Petunia is not responsible for, and will not issue store credits associated with: returns shipped to an unauthorized address, shipments that do not clearly display a valid RMA, or shipments whose delivery cannot be confirmed by a major carrier.
If your original order qualified for free shipping but would not have qualified for free shipping without the product(s) you are returning, a shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit.
If you request that your order be canceled before it has been shipped, a confirmation of your cancellation will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order cancellation you must accept delivery of your package and follow the steps outlined in this Returns Policy to receive a store credit.
We reserve the right to deny the return of any product that is judged (at the sole discretion of Petting Petunia) not to meet the criteria outlined in this Returns Policy or to have been deliberately damaged or damaged through misuse or poor shipment packaging.
The terms of this Returns Policy are subject to change without notice.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
Special Note On Massagers: Most battery operated items considered defective will purr like a kitten if the batteries are properly installed. Please read the directions that came with your new product to make sure you're getting the best use of your new toy.
Special Note On Lingerie: Laws prohibit the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. Please refer to the individual manufacturer's sizing chart and carefully make your selection. In addition, Management approved returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.
Please remove your batteries from your product when not in use. No replacements will be made for products damaged due to defective or leaking batteries (even if you received your batteries from Petting Petunia).
